Overview

Protease-Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2) is broadly expressed with critical roles across fibrotic and inflammatory pathways which supports opportunities in the treatment of MASH, chronic pruritus, COPD, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). This multi-system relevance positions PAR2 as a differentiated, high-value target with the potential to transform treatment in diseases of high unmet medical need.
